Terms of Use

1.1 This application lets authorised representatives prepare energy-system estimates and lets invited customers review a proposal and project information for a particular property. You may use it only for those legitimate purposes.

1.2 You must not scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the application or its content, and you must not share a proposal link with anyone who is not entitled to see it.

2.1 Roof layouts, solar exposure, shading, generation and bill savings are estimates based on available imagery, customer inputs and modelling assumptions.

2.2 They are not construction, structural-engineering, electrical-engineering, finance or performance guarantees. Final panel placement and system scope remain subject to physical site inspection, technical design, network requirements and approvals.

3.1 Some address, map and solar information is provided by Google Maps Platform. Your use of that content is also subject to the current Google Maps Platform Terms, available at cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms.

3.2 Google content must not be extracted or used independently of the customer proposal or energy-system design for which it was supplied.

4.1 A displayed estimate is valid only for its stated period. Acceptance, any deposit confirmation, finance approval, technical approval and installation readiness are separate events.

4.2 The proposal and any accompanying contract terms control if they conflict with a general description in this application. Your contract for the supply and installation of an energy system is with the retailer or installer named in the proposal, not with the operator of this application.

4.3 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5.1 The ArcSolar Privacy Policy explains how this application handles personal information, including information the retailer or installer records about you.

5.2 These terms may be updated when the application or applicable requirements change. The version number and effective date above identify the current version.
